Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely! All the products currently available are manufactured and shipped by a print-on-demand company called Gelato. Gelato ships worldwide, with production facilities in 32 countries, ensuring that orders are produced locally and sustainably whenever possible.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
That depends on the country you’re ordering from. In most cases, your order will be produced locally, so you won’t have to pay customs fees. However, if you’re ordering from a country where Gelato has no local production facilities, you may be required to pay customs fees before your order can be delivered. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping costs. Please check Gelato’s website for more information about the location of the production facilities.
Where do you ship from?
The shipping location depends on where you’re ordering from. When you place an order through my webshop, it is sent directly to Gelato, and they choose a printing facility near your location. You can find more information about Gelato’s production services on their website.

Shipping costs depend on the country you’re ordering from and the product. The shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery time depends on the product you order. Gelato typically completes production within a few business days, after which your order is shipped directly to you. In most cases, your order will arrive within a week. During checkout, you’ll receive an estimated delivery time based on your country.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! After you place an order, Gelato provides me with tracking information, which I will share with you. I’ll keep you updated on all the steps of the delivery process.
What is your return policy?
I hope you’re satisfied with your new product! However, I understand that things can sometimes go wrong, such as receiving a damaged product or an order getting lost. I will always do my best to find a suitable solution for you, but it’s important that you notify me in time. Gelato, the print-on-demand company I work with, has a comprehensive return policy, and in most cases, they are willing to help by offering a replacement. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
You will receive a replacement in the following cases:
- Packages lost in transit
- Damaged or defective products (e.g., damage during shipping or quality issues)
If your product arrives damaged, I kindly ask that you send clear photos of the damage to help speed up the replacement process.
If an incorrect address is provided or you refuse the shipment upon delivery, the risks are the customer’s responsibility. In such cases, I cannot offer a free replacement. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
Can I return my order and get a refund?
Because all products are made to order and customized specifically for you, I cannot offer refunds or accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and I will work with Gelato to resolve the issue and offer a replacement if necessary.
I do not offer full refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Please carefully review product details, including sizing information, before placing your order. If you have any questions or uncertainties, feel free to reach out to me prior to ordering.
Return instructions:
If your product is not satisfactory or your package has been lost, please contact me at: customerservice@tamarahoutveen.com with your order number and, in the case of a damaged product, clear photos of the damage. I will guide you through the return process.
